1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging the services of SkylineBiz Private Limited ("SkylineBiz", "we", "our", or "us"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2 Services
SkylineBiz provides enterprise software development and consulting services, including but not limited to:
- Enterprise software implementation, customization, and support
- Custom software and enterprise application development
- AI and automation integration within enterprise systems
- Business intelligence, analytics, and reporting solutions
- System integration, API development, and managed support
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement, which forms part of these terms.
3 Payment & Billing
Clients agree to pay fees as specified in the relevant Service Agreement. Unless stated otherwise:
- Invoices are due within 15 days of the invoice date
- Payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR) or as agreed in writing
- Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance
- SkylineBiz reserves the right to suspend services on accounts overdue by more than 30 days
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), which will be added to invoices where required by law.
4 Intellectual Property
Client deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables specifically created for them, as defined in the Statement of Work.
SkylineBiz IP: All pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, libraries, and background IP developed by SkylineBiz remain our exclusive property. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such components as incorporated in their deliverables.
Open-source components: Where deliverables incorporate open-source software, use is governed by the respective open-source licenses, which clients are responsible for complying with.
5 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party that is designated as confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential given the context of disclosure.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of any engagement for a period of three (3) years.
6 Warranties & Disclaimers
SkylineBiz warrants that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill by qualified professionals.
Except as expressly stated herein, all services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Third-party software is subject to its own warranties and license terms.
7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkylineBiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
8 Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkylineBiz, its directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from: (a) client's use of services in violation of these terms; (b) client's breach of any applicable law; or (c) any third-party claim relating to data or content provided by the client.
9 Termination
Either party may terminate a Service Agreement by providing 30 days' written notice. SkylineBiz may terminate immediately in cases of non-payment, material breach uncured after 14 days' written notice, or unlawful conduct.
Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Any outstanding undisputed fees become immediately due and payable.
10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution within 30 days of written notice before initiating legal proceedings.
11 Amendments
SkylineBiz reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage clients to raise concerns early — most issues can be resolved through open communication before a refund becomes necessary.
2 Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the initial service engagement or payment date
- The service has not been fully delivered or completed at the time of the request
- The request is submitted in writing to info@skylinebiz.in with sufficient detail
3 Refund Process

- A clear description of the reason for the refund request

4 Approval & Timeline
Upon receiving a refund request, our team will:

- Notify you in writing of the outcome
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days of approval.
5 Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Consulting, advisory, or strategy sessions that have been conducted
- Services fully delivered and signed off by the client
- Custom development work completed beyond the agreed milestone
- Third-party software licenses, subscriptions, or hosting costs procured on the client's behalf
- Expenses already incurred (travel, infrastructure, sub-contractor costs)
6 Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate by writing to our management at info@skylinebiz.in with the subject line "Refund Dispute". All disputes will be handled in accordance with the Governing Law provisions in our Terms & Conditions.
